| Eric R. Natividad Eric is one of the founders of MISNet, Inc. With over twenty five (25) years of experience in the IT industry, he has a solid reputation of delivering value to the organizations he gets involved with, employers and clients alike. These organizations are in various industries, from education, to finance / insurance, information technology, manufacturing, oil & gas, retail to telecommunications. He has taken on a gamut of roles, from programmer, system administrator, database administrator, to systems analyst, project manager, IT manager, trainer, product manager and business development manager. At MISNet, Inc., Eric takes on various roles to ensure the organization delivers on its commitments to its employees, clients and shareholders; one of the most important of those roles is building close working relationships with our clients. Arnold Z. Cruz Arnold started his IT career in the mid 80's in which he worked on ICL mini-computers. He has various experiences with vast operating systems such as Oasis, Thoroughbred, OS/9, CTOS, BTOS, etc. He spent 13 years of his career with the Unix platform, working with various flavors such as AT&T System III, System V, BSD, CTIX, AIX, Solaris, and SCO. In 1994, he switched to Microsoft technologies and became the first Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer in the country. He has more than 10 years experience delivering Microsoft courses as a Microsoft Certified Trainer. He holds various Microsoft Certifications, including MCDBA, MCTS, MCTIP, and Microsoft Dynamic CRM. He has many years of IT experience in Project Services and Research & Development. His specialization includes the Internet and other technologies around the Web, and RDBMS. Arnold has been assigned to a medley of positions from programmer/systems analyst, product manager, project manager and various executive positions throughout his career. He is now the President of MISNet Education, Inc., a leading provider of learning solutions in the country. Arnold likes analog playback and owns three turntables, where he plays his favorite music from classical to heavy metal. He's a Neil Young fan.
Alex C. Clarin Alex has almost 20 years experience in IT starting his career as a Programmer/Analyst with a multinational Pharmaceutical company. He then spent time mostly leading the IT groups of local and multinational companies in industries like manufacturing, distribution, etc. He has solid experience in systems and applications development and at one time was responsible for all systems development projects in Asia for one of the major distributor of consumer goods. Alex also has extensive experience in implementing ERP systems. Over the years, he has taken on other responsibilities, more significantly in Business Planning, performance management and by leading quality initiatives. He also held positions in general management and business development, concurrent with his IT responsibilities Alex graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree in Economics.
Ceferino Santiago Pinong has over thirteen (13) years of progressive experience in information technology. His experience in IT cuts across a number of industries including telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing, real-estate, and health care. He is at the core of all Data Warehouse, Price Management, Customer Relationship Management and software development projects at MISNet, Inc. in the Philippines and abroad, providing solution and technical design, integration strategy, and process design. As part of the MISNet Implementation Team, he led major implementations, architecting solution and conducting training for clients locally and abroad, including countries like the USA, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Thailand. He is the first certified Vantive (now Peoplesoft CRM) Technical Trainer outside of the US. Pinong also has broad knowledge and experience in various application and technologies, from client/server applications to web-architected/service oriented (.NET and J2EE) solutions. In his CTO role, Pinong uses his knowledge and experience to recommend and advise the organization on products and technologies to invest in. He currently leads MISNet's Business Intelligence and Price Management implementation for various Fortune 500 companies.
Jeff Ernieson Ginaysy Jeff has more than 9 years experience in the IT industry and has been involved with implementations in the Telecommunication, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Air Freight Services, and Banking Industries. He has taken on roles in Project Management, Systems Analysis and Architecting, Systems Design, Workflow Management and Programming. Jeff has a Computer Science degree, Major in Information Technology from the De La Salle University.
Rowena Olaguer Rowena has been with the IT industry for 9 years now. She has extensive hands-on experience in Project Management and Solutions Architecture. Her expertise has been in managing and designing customized solutions and data warehouse for various industry needs. Rowena graduated Cum laude from the University of Asia and the Pacific with a degree in Information Technology. |
